    Create your workspace

    Sign up and name your company. Your workspace is private — no one outside your team can see your data.

    • Pick a workspace name (e.g. 'Acme Transport')
    • You're added as the first admin automatically
    • 14-day free trial starts — no credit card required

    Brand your workspace

    Upload your logo and set a contact email so tickets, exports, and emails feel like yours.

    • Settings → Workspace branding
    • Add logo, website, contact email
    • Used across the app and outgoing emails

    Connect up to 5 inboxes

    Forward your dispatch and support email addresses into the queue. Every incoming email becomes a ticket, automatically matched to a client when possible.

    • Settings → Monitored mailboxes
    • Add addresses like dispatch@, bookings@, support@
    • Choose default priority for new tickets
    • Toggle auto-match-to-client and auto-create-ticket

    Import your data

    Bring your existing fleet and customers in via CSV — clients, passengers, drivers, and vehicles.

    • Each list page has an Import CSV button
    • Sample templates included in the importer
    • Records are auto-scoped to your workspace

    Invite your team

    Add dispatchers and drivers. Each role sees only what they need.

    • Admin: full access, billing, settings
    • Dispatcher: tickets, clients, passengers, vehicles
    • Driver: only their assigned trips, in real time

    Run your first ticket

    Create a trip ticket — manually or from an inbound email — assign a driver and vehicle, and you're live.

    • Open Tickets → New
    • Pick a passenger, pickup/dropoff, schedule
    • Assign driver + vehicle, then send
    • Driver sees it instantly in 'My trips'

After setup, you'll have

Common questions

How does email-to-ticket work?
Set up forwarding from your existing inbox (e.g., Gmail or Outlook) to the addresses you registered under Monitored mailboxes. Each incoming message is parsed into a ticket, with the sender matched to a client when possible.
Can drivers see other drivers' trips?
No. Drivers only see trips assigned to them. Dispatchers and admins see everything in the workspace.
Is my data shared with other companies?
Never. Every workspace is fully isolated by tenant — protected at the database layer.
What if I need more than 5 monitored mailboxes?
